You paid how much? To run how far?

We joke in my family that my older brother has brain damage. He decided a while back that he was going to run a marathon. He trained and trained and the day finally came. Bentley and I went with my parents to cheer as he crossed the finish line in the "Top of Utah Marathon". Here are some pics! Way to go Layne! 26.2 miles is way more than I ever want to run!

This is only miles 17. he is "just chillin'" Seriously, you can feel good enough to raise your arm and give me five when you have been running for about 2 hours.

Montana, Bentley and Dad waiting at mile 21

Layne at mile 21 (he said his feet were like lead balloons) Those lead balloons would have stopped me quite a few miles ago.

Coming up on the finish line! This is the place where they announce your name and where you are from! Make me proud, Layne!

That arm is up, saying "Yes! Finally! I'm here!"

YOU DID IT!!!

Everything hurts, but it was worth it! That is amazing! Can't tell you how proud I am.....I would have passed out on mile 3 I think!
Bentley looked like he worked hard, huh?!
